Common questions
- What happens when I reach my monthly image limit?
- Uploads are paused until the next calendar month. No images are ever deleted because of a monthly quota.
- What happens when I exceed my storage cap?
- You're never blocked from uploading. A small surcharge of EUR 0.03 per GB per month is applied automatically to cover the extra storage. If you reduce your storage below the cap, the surcharge stops.
- What happens to my data after the retention period?
- After 24 months (or 90 days for trial), image files are removed to free storage, but all metadata, observations, statistics, and AI classifications are preserved permanently. We strongly recommend keeping local copies of your original images.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. All paid plans include full data export — your original images plus a CSV of all metadata, classifications, and observations.
